Errr ... I could be wrong, but except for Yoda appearing in E.T. I don't think ANY of the characters from a Star Wars film have been in another film. 
The actors on the other hand may well have been, although I've no idea what the current "Top 10" is. Stretch it to the "Top 100" and you'll definitely have at least a couple.
Harrison Ford is probably the most likely candidate for the Original Trilogy , Indianna Jones and his Patriot Games character. With more well known actors like Ewan McGregor and Liam Nesson in the Prequel Trilogy, you may get a couple of them in the list too. Keira Knightley is another possibility since she seems to be becoming a popular and busy young star.

Could be. There were some Star Wars toys in E.T, but I can't remeber which ones.
If you're going that route then images of R2-D2 and C-3PO were supposedly carved into the wall in one of the Indianna Jones movies.
A Darth Vader figure came to life in The Indian in the Cupboard, but that movie is no where near the Top 10 anything.

I heard somewhere that Mark Hamill was th voice of The Joker on the animated Batman series. And by the way Wookie Cookie...wasn't Ewan McGregor also in Trainspotting?

Mark Hamill does lots of voice-work, including the animated Batman's Joker and one of the characters in the Wing Commander games.

I think that was the point - it's a parody of the normal "image missing" graphic that web browsers display when they can't find the image.
