Bust-Ups Series 5: Hoth & new Clone Wars Maquette

Gentle Giant have come up with what I believe, are the best series of bust-ups yet

Focusing on characters in the Hoth Battle, they include:

• Luke
• Han
• Darth Vader
• AT-AT Driver
• Wampa
• Snowtrooper

(I think that maybe Chewie or leia instead of Vader may have been better though)

Another new item, is the Barriss Offee and Luminara Unduli Maquette

Those are 'must haves' for sure.

The Vader does seem the weaker of the set, but maybe something like the probe droid might have been more in keeping with the theme? Too late now anyway.

Han is definetly the best. It'll be interesting to see what the variants will be - maybe figures but in ice form?

i might suggest that a rebel pilot or hoth trooper would have been a better choice over another vader. i could have gone for a leia, but maybe they'll make up for it with a nice slave leia down the road. that would be my next request, i jabba's palace wave followed by a cantina wave.

A cantina wave wouldn't be my choice, but OH YES to a Jabba set. That would truly ROCK!!

Other possibilities for a Jabba set might be :-

Rancor (similar style to Wampa maybe)
Max Rebo
Lando Skiff Guard

True, but then I never expected to see the Wampa either.

All academic now anyway it would seem. There is a poster apparently issued at comic con of all the bust ups.

it looks like i will get my wish to some degree. i would have ditched han and kenobi in favor of wuher and boshek... but this will do.
