New Vintage Style Figures

I meant to post this the other day and i got sidetracked.....

I think we all know that hasbro plans on having some vintage style packaging. basically the current package will be made to look more like the vintage packaging by giving it a black card back and the silver borders.

we may all also know about a more specific vintage look that they have planned, but for those that don't, here are the details that i am aware of and a pic.

They will not be vintage style scuplts
They will be "ultramodern" sculpts of the original 12
They will have the "coffin blister"
They will have "Knner" on the face of the card
The figures will have added articulation to help them fit the blister
These will come with a "star wars" embossed outer clamshell (this is meant to help protect the carded figure)

I really like the "retro" cards but I DONT like the "new retro" figure, It would have been 100 times better if thay had the orginal figures in there as well. At lest its not a re-issue, this might be Hasbros only saving grace this year. :flame:
