It's unclear whether or not you actually get the Darth Vader PSP consoles pictured (I've posted it up here just in case you do) ... but yes, one lucky winner does get all FIVE Sony PSP consoles, not just 1 of 5. 
NOTES:
1. You must be a registered GamePro.com member to enter the competition, but can register for free on the website.
2. For non-US people, the "State" part of the entry form returned a scripting error for me when I chose the "N/A, outside USA" option. I just chose any American state with Country still "New Zealand" and it then worked.
