Someone called Eric Harshbarger has built a life-size model of R2-D2 out of Lego.
Other models include Bart Simpson and his friend Milhouse.
Note: It's not very obvious, but when reading one of the pages you can click on the small Lego brick at the bottom to get a pop-up menu with other sections of the website.
