welcome to the site ... that's quite an introduction.

Howdy! Big Trouble in Little China only ranks 24th !?! ;)

You've got a pretty good movie list there. Except for Dead Alive. Sorry, but I found that movie repulsive. Although scene with the priest and teh arms getting ripped off and used as weapons was pretty amusing. The only other movie I can think of with a similar scene was Cannibal: The Musical. :D

No Star Wars prequels?

Anyway, hope you enjoy the site. :)

A little trivia for you guys, but Skel in particular. Dead Alive, otherwise known as Braindead, was an independent movie filmed over ten years ago by a new director by the name of Peter Jackson. Yep, the same guy who just brought us LOTR.

And yes, it was most definitely a gross-out movie. :)

Welcome!

5. The Last Unicorn ( A great 1982 animated flick soon to be remade).

I've been trying to find a copy for a while. Remade as in brand new or re-released?

Welcome to the forums John.

Can't believe Conan the Barbarian didn't make it in there somewhere, just for its great comic-to-movie translation. One of the best in that genre,IMHO, way before xmen or spidey were even thought of.

I do like The prequels and i own them on DVD, cant wait for the DVD of the Star Wars classic trilogy, i'm going to definitely own it.

Conan The Barbarian, i enjoy that one and that's the best of all sword and sorcery fantasy flicks. I own it on DVD including it's sequel, i'm a major sci-fi-horror-fantasy geek.

The Last Unicorn is already released on DVD, well there is going to be a big budget live-action remake in 2006 with Christopher Lee in it again. That's a great animated movie, it's even got one of the sexiest toon chicks ever and she even gets naked :), The Last Unicorn ( The original animated flick) is a must see.

Howard The Duck was a great George Lucas produced flick based on a Marvel Comic, you should also rent that movie.

Maybe you'd also like 'Legend' with a very young Tom Cruise and an Awesomely made-up Tim Currie. An interesting, okay movie to while away a wet evening at the very least, also about the fate of the last unicorn.

I liked it, but then Ilike most sci-fi fantasy stuff :)
