Anthony Daniels who portrays C-3PO in all five Star Wars movies so far, and along with Kenny Baker is the only actor to appear in each film, turns 57 years old today. One of very few people thin enough to wear a body glove and fit inside Threepio's metallic skin, Daniels originally turned down the role when he found out his face would not be seen onscreen. Thankfully for Star Wars fans everywhere, George Lucas managed to change his mind.
