Also, Chris Solo, users have the ability to create their own avatar which makes the whole thing open ended. I actually don't want to have several hundred avatars simply because it's too many for a person to sort through as they're creating a new account. I think we've struck a nice balance of providing a wide variety of avatars while not totally overwhelming the new user with choices. Again, as you know, people are welcome to create their own avatars and use them.
Anyway, that's my reasoning behind not having a great many more avatars. If I expanded the amount of avatars, I would likely introduce minimum requirements to use them...
