Video: Star Wars Episode IV, full-length crowdsourced remake
Here’s what you get when you give fans 15 seconds each to reenact one of the greatest stories ever told. Warning: features droids, Lego, cats, and a whole lot of crazy.

Back in 2009, a die-hard Star Wars fan asked thousands of Internet users to remake "Star Wars: A New Hope" into a fan film, 15 seconds at a time. Contributors were allowed to recreate any scene they wanted using whatever props they had at hand.

Finally, the crowd-sourced project has been stitched together and put online for the world to see. (Bear in mind that this is the full-length movie, so you might want to save it for when you have a spare afternoon.)

Flash video

Flash video doesn't work on my old computer (and would be hopelessly unwatchable using a dial-up connection anyway), but it certainly sounds like it could be the most "unique" version of A New Hope you will see. :)
