I wonder if people like that actually get into any real trouble. it seems like that stuff happens on ebay at least semi-regularly.

I don't even think that guy will get in trouble, because the auction said "picture", not system. He probably didn't do anything illegal, because the ppl got what was listed. It is a terrible scam though.
