Dark Lord of the Typos
For anyone into patch collecting, you probably already know that Celebrations are loaded with new patches to hunt down and collect. CVI brought things to a whole new level, with no less than five multi-patch sets to collect and many individual patches.
This set was made by a family of related websites, and features the Millennium Falcon, along with Luke, Wedge, and Biggs' X-Wings all converging on the Death Star. The central piece, by Official Pix, was available as a gift when you purchased $50 worth of photos from them. The other three, Forcecast.net, Rebelscum.com, and TheForce.net, were all available from their respective staff members in the Collecting Social Lounge or other areas.
What's great about these mulitpatch sets is the level of creativity that went into coming up with the unique designs. They have proven to fun, albeit challenging at times, to collect.
