C3 Hotel Reservations

I called the hotel I'm staying at to verify the online reservations I made.. they couldn't find it anywhere.
Turns out they have to down load the reservations from the Indiana Convention Center ( which would be in a couple days). After talking to several people, a clerk gave me the phone number for the convention center and it was found on their system.

I hope no one else has this happen.
