Aussie Recall for Darth Throne Room Figure?

Hasbro Australia has announced a nation wide product recall on the Darth Vader: Throne Room Duel figure.«

The Australian Government Product Recall site had this further information. "The figure has a Lightsaber Throwing Action, which may be able to also throw other improvised items (i.e. toothpick, nails, etc) further than 300mm in free flight in contravention of Projectile Toy Regulations. Contact Hasbro Australia Limited on Toll Free 1300 138 697 to arrange for a full refund or replacement product."«

Daniel, don't forget i have that one for you. I'm more concerned with these kind of recalls which is a little over the top. Considering a small child could swallow and choke on the sabre, the throwing action part seems a little off the mark....
