Dark Lord of the Typos
Erik Tiemens worked on Attack of the Clones, providing rich landscapes for the graphic artists to create their backgrounds off of, and returned for Revenge of the Sith. Star Wars wasn’t the start of his career with movies, though. He has worked on a number of properties, including Young Indiana Jones (for which he received an honorary Emmy), Jurassic Park, Contact, and Star Trek: Voyager (for which he designed the opening sequence and received an Emmy nomination). His work appears in The Art of A New Hope (Special Edition), Art of Attack of the Clones, Art of Revenge of the Sith, and Art of Star Trek.
