Mr. Secombe has been acting since the mid-1970’s..appearing in various television series. He now also does voice-work. He portrayed Watto in both The Phantom Menace and Attack of the Clones. He voice appears in a number of Phantom Menace themed games, and he has since lent his talents to Knights of the Old Republic II. According to IMDB, he based his performance of Watto on Alec Guinness's portrayal of Fagin in Oliver Twist.

Mr. Secombe has been difficult to obtain through the mail. There have been several successes with this address…but some of them have taken over a year. There have been several successes returned from this addresses this year…so it is still valid…albeit unpredictable.
