Got a surprise & strange success from Actor Aaron Eckhart today! I came downstairs & on the table were two 9x12 envelopes with my name on them that were from the same place (Hirsch, Wallerstein, Hayum, Matlof & Fishman LLP). I had know idea who it was from, since the envelopes were not ones that I had sent out as a SASE & no names were in the upper left corner. So I opened one up and inside was an 8x10 photo of Aaron Eckhart that was personalized & signed! Then I opened up the 2nd envelope and inside was yet another 8x10 photo of Aaron Eckhart that was personalized and signed as well! Have no clue why he sent me two; maybe he came across my letter twice? Still I’m extremely happy! He was so cool in The Dark Knight as Harvey Dent / Two-Face. I had sent three 4x6 photos and a custom index card as well as a SASE to return them in, but none of those were sent back.

Mark Griskey is a video game composer best known for several Star Wars video games, including Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords, The Force Unleashed, Revenge of the Sith, and Obi-Wan. He has also done the music for the video game adaptations of Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End, and The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian.

Ho yeah! Got a totally awesome success from Belgium/European dance band D.H.T. (featuring Edmee)! I love their songs ‘Listen to your heart (Furious radio edit)’ & ‘Heaven is a place on earth (dance radio edit)’. I sent a request to Flor Theeuwes (aka: Da Rick, Da Boy Tommy, Sergeant Pepper, D&D, Jacques LA Moose), Who is one of the main producers, writer, composer and sometimes even a singer for D.H.T. And I asked him if they had any autographed photos they could send out to fans. He wrote back and said ‘Yes’, so on saturday when I got home from work, on the fridge was a reply! I opened it up and was quite surprised to see not one, but THREE 5x7 photos that were signed! & Edmee even personalized one of them! Extremely happy! Thanks D.H.T.!

I haven't sent any requests out in a few months now.

However, I did get a surprise success in the mail yesterday....actor Doug Jones....who
played Silver Surfer, Abe Sapien, and one of the "Gentlemen" in Buffy: The Vampire Slayer...among other roles.


Response took 2 years and 8 months. He signed and inscribed my two photos
and index card, and wrote a short thank you note on my SASE. I had sent
a large envelope because at the time, he had been sending out 8X10s, but
I did not receive one from him.

Very happy with my success.

FINALLY! After a 42-day drought I got a whopper of a success! My “Steady Rain” Playbill personally signed by the awesome and talented DANIEL CRAIG & HUGH JACKMAN! The front cover on this one is super cool. Huge 2-thumbs up to the graphic designer who created it! Also very happy with a ‘sit-down’ version of Jackman’s Signature. & definitely worth the wait too!
