I haven't looked for the letters on the other sites yet but they should all be up now.

What you're looking for is a round image, a little bigger than your avatar. Each one has a head shot of one of the original 12 vintage figures. By watching the image, a letter will reveal itself. Collect all of the letters and they will form a phrase.
