The funniest film of the year...

According to http://www.imdb.com/news/sb/2004-03-31#film5 the funniest film of the year so far is a 5 minute American Express ad starring Jerry Seinfeld and Superman.

Having just watched it (without laughing - or even grinning - once) I'm at a loss as to "why" it has earned this accolade.

Can anyone enlighten me?

Seinfeld is a superman nut. You just have to look at the superman statue that he had throughout the sitcom in his flat that actually belonged to him to see how much he adores him
