Star Wars Rebels 3 3/4 Action Figures

Nope. I stopped buying the figures way back before Episode II was released, or about then (I remember getting every figure of the first Episode I release and some after that). It was getting far too expensive, too many silly "exclusives" and re-packs, stuff never turning up here / being expensive to import, and simply nowhere to actually put it all ... I've already got the double-wardrobe in my home-office filled with Star Wars stuff and some over-flow into another bedroom wardrobe, and various drawers and book cases.

No worries then. I've got nearly a complete collection of TPM 3 3/4 figures (Only need a couple to go), some from AOTC and ROTS. I stopped collecting after that for the same reasons after that.

I just want to get these certain Rebels figures and that's it. That ToyCo website unfortunately doesn't ship outside of NZ :(

If I get stuck with certain figures in Australia, any chance you could help out?

I could get stuff if you really want (which was why I originally started the New Stuff in New Zealand topic), but as I just found out just recently with someone else, New Zealand Post now doesn't do "economy" / sea shipping, so sending parcels overseas is now digustingly over-priced. I even tried specialist delivery services, but they only do airmail for small parcels as well (and at an even more over-bloated price). :(

I have thought of selling my collection of 3 3/4" figures and vehicles and 12" figures, but it's a lot of hassle (cataloguing them all, trying to put them on auction sites with a dial-up connection, being left with "peg warmers" nobody wants, etc.) I haven't even gotten around to trying to sell the few duplicates I've ended up with.

These days I mainly buy the books and DVDs, and some of the smaller bits (Fighter Pods and Beanz, although those went down the same annoying routes of "exclusives" and not arriving here). I like the old MicroMachines and Titanium vehicles, so I might buy the HotWheels ships if they ever arrive here, but again they'll no doubt go down the same silly routes thanks to greedy companies. :(

What shipping prices are we talking here to Australia from NZ? Prices in Australia are going up too unfortunately.

I'd like to complete my TPM, AOTC and ROTS 3 3/4 figure collections soon. I've sold most of my vehicles and 12" figures to make way and fund more 3 3/4 figures.

NZ Post's prices depend on the weight of the parcel (plus the size if it's a weird size or shape) as well as where in the world they're going, and how quickly and trackably they need to get there. They have a RateFinder tool on their website for quotes.

Still no sign of either of those around me......but soon.......soon they will be mine. I'm actually looking forward to buying most of these. The lower price afforded by the limited articulation actually makes me not regret the purchase of each figure, unlike the Black Series figs.

Looks like you might have a bit of a wait. According to this news item at JediNews.co.uk, Hasbro has delayed releasing the Rebels figures in America until next year ...

Hasbro Delays US Release Of Star Wars Rebels Figures Till 2015
Now this is NOT what I wanted to hear. Our good friends over at Jedi Temple Archives have posted information they received pertaining to the general release of the Hasbro Star Wars Rebels action figures in the United States being pushed back to the beginning of 2015. Over to JTA...

  • We have just learned from JTA sponsor Big Bad Toy Store (indirectly) that Hasbro has delayed Star Wars: Rebels figures to them until first quarter 2015. Keep this rumor in check as we don't know who this affects exactly (whether just online shops or brick and mortar) and as with any news like this, it can change on a dime (it likely will....) Also, keep in mind this rumor applies to USA markets as these figures have gotten out almost everywhere else to date.

Maybe it's time to go out raiding the local toy shops for whatever Rebels figures are left and selling them for three times the price on eBay as "Rare". ;)

What I want to know is, if they've been delayed due to whatever reasons, will the copyright on the back of the cards be 2014 or 2015? If they are 2015, the 2014 versions will be come very rare.

I guess that depends on why they're being "delayed" and whether or not the US figures have already been packaged or not.

I've managed to now find Agent Kallus, Kanan and Ezra to add to my Zeb & Stormtrooper :D Excellent paint work on all of them.

I just need Chopper, Inquisitor and Hera & Stormtrooper to complete my set. I've only seen pictures of the first two, never seen Hera & Stormtrooper so far.

I picked up Chopper & The Inquisitor the other night, at my local 24 hour K-Mart. Couldn't believe it and they were only $10 each. I just need Hera w/ Stormtrooper now.

I started to see a few single figures, but mostly of the classic or prequel characters. I have seen Ezra and Inquisitor, but passed as I will prob buy the Target exclusive version of the Inquisitors ship that comes with his figure....and will prob buy the TRU set with Kanaan, Ezra and Holo Obi.
