Site Staff Changes

We've added a new position at TBS called a Contributor. This new group will have normal forum member permissions, plus the ability to start new threads in the TBS news forums. Since this group is not part of the regular staff (and won't have access to information that would give them an unfair advantage in contests), they will still be allowed to participate in TBS contests.

So, with that said, I'm happy to announce that DarthSkelington and Buzz Bumble have become Contributors.
