If you look at the blacklight image, it appears to be a map/diagram of all the hatches. The bottom hatch has a swan in the middle of it some text pointed to it that says "I am here". The hatch at the top appears to have an arrow on it (the tailies hatch). The hatch in the upper left corner appears to be the medical center. The hatch to the left of the swan hatch has a bird symbol similiar to the countdown clock from a few episodes ago. They all seem to lead to the center question mark, but the tunnels are all blocked off.

I'm still thinking about all the crazy stuff in that episode.

Is Locke's dad the guy that conned Sawyer's family? Was Nadia (Sayid's girl) in Locke's flashback (he inspected her house)? Why didn't the fake Henry Gale leave when he had a chance (knowing that his story was probably not going to hold up)? Did Gale actually push the button - did he *want* Locke to see the blacklighted map? Does the lockdown coincide with the supply drop? Was the supply drop triggered by the previous time that Locke didn't get the button pushed in time? How did the Losties not hear the plane dropping supplies?

:D

They were too busy watching the Mango Poker game :p
You would think that the plane dropping the supplies would have to be at a very high altitude to remain unheard. However, I would imagine that the higher the altitude, the harder it is to make such a precise drop. Although, it is also possible that the supplies were not dropped at all, but just made to appear that they did.

Here's an image I made to show where I think the different hatches are represented on the map.

Here's an the same blacklight image, but I changed it to greyscale, upped the contrast and made it sharper. The 2nd pic in basically the same, but with inverted colors.

If you look at the image, you see CVIII, CVII, CVI, etc. If these are roman numerals...

C=100, V=5, III=3....so CVIII = 108 (the same number that the counter counts down from.

There's a note at the bottom indicating that CVII has been inactive since the accident.

A little off-topic, but I just got around to watching last week's "My Name is Earl" and Walt (the little kid from Season 1 of Lost) had a major guest role on it.
