Wow! That's quite a list (and a lot of research) ... and I thought there was only a dozen or so characters in there. 
I'm guessing you aren't counting Luke and Ben since they were just visiting, but what about Han and Chewie? They seem like they might be regulars.

It looks like that alias is another made-up one by the same guy who made-up "Lars M'yer" for the extra band member. (See this RebelScum forum topic.)
Yes, they should be on there. They were never a concern as far as identification, so i haven't added them yet. I do have a number of images that i use to place the various locations and han and chewie are indentified in those.
F'u Man-Chu is one that i have gone back and forth on and i should probably remove it. But i also don't really know where some of those other names come from either, such as "Local Ugly Man # 2". If i knew that "Local Ugly Man # 2" came from some sort of official source, i would change that to his name instead of having it as an alias. Another example of something i might change would be 70 Name: Unidentified Morseerian Possible Identity: Chall Bekan. Lucasfilm says that there were 2 Morseerians present at the cantina, but they have only identified 1. Chall Bekan is a real character and he was on Tatooine at the time.

Your list has everyone I have on mine, and then some. With the exception of two additional Arcona, which I'm pretty sure were not seen in the movie, but are like Decipher CCG characters made using the Hem Dazon pic. One is named Kal N'Kai...the other is Unut Poll.
I also have names for several characters seen outside the Cantina in the back alley.
If you want to go Expanded Universe, you need Chalmun, the Wookiee owner of the cantina.
Holiday Special has a few new characters, including Ackmena (Bea Arthur), Krelman (Harvey Korman), and Ket Maliss.
For some other shots of various costumes mixed and matched, try the Richard Pryor Star Wars Bar skit....made using the Cantina costumes:
