Probably Biker Scout right now. But will be rebel fleet troope4 when he comes back out. I only own one potf 2 Rebel fleet trooper and he is my favorite thing in my collection, even mroe so then my millinium falcon.

There are quite a few figures from the POTJ line that I really like. It is hard for me to narrow it down but I will give it a shot.
1) Dagobah Vader

My favorite POTJ....
1) Darth Maul Deluxe
I'm a big fan of the comics & when I saw Jan Duursema's spectacular interpretations of Ian McCaig's concept drawings come to life in the "Darth Maul" comic series, I hoped a figure would be done of Maul in his barechested guise. I like the detailing and the great pose.
2) Ellors Mak &Amanaman
The two fan-choice winners are also great examples of how good the sculpts and detailing on these figures (especially the aliens) is getting. From the cool iradescence of the Duro's flight suit to the fine crinkles in Amana's skin, these two figures stand out.
3) Porkins
I love the idea that Hasbro made the ultimate un-buff, ultra-normal looking guy into an action figure...he just looks cool standing among the other pilot figures.
4) Tessek the Squidhead
This denizen of Jabba's court was always one of my favorites from ROTJ and he was a cool figure in the vintage line too. The updated version really shines, from the great detailing to the well-sculpted robes ( actually looking like the fabric would hang). The holster is a cool touch too.
5) R2-Q5 Imperial Astromech Droid
Granted, it's just a repaint of the oft-releases R2 unit, but the black-n-red clor scheme and to cool DS2 Holo accessory really make this droid unique.
6) Chewbacca from the 25th Anniversary set
This is the best sculpt of the wookiee yet...he's hulking over in a great action pose. The Chewie Mechanic may have been more properly proportioned, but this latest version tops them all for me.
7) Darth Vader Dagobah & Emperor's Wrath
Both of these versions of the great Sith Lord are very inspired...great playability with removable hands/masks(Dagobah) or the cool glow-in-the-dark skull (EmpWrath). I'll give the edge to the Dagobah version though.
8) SandTrooper "Tatooine Patrol" & Scout Trooper "Imperial Patrol"
Both of these figures had great sculpts and detailing that, at least for me, made up for the lack of articulation (especially the Sandtrooper).
9) Queen Amidala "Theed Invasion"
Until I see the Black Travel Gown version, this one is my favorite for it's great accuracy and good detailing.
10) Luke Skywalker in Echo Base Bacta Tank chamber &
FX-7 Medical Droid
Who would have ever though a few years ago that we would get this version of Luke with such a cool accessory? Superbly done piece...and the FX-7 droid is an amazingly detailed and well done figure. Very cool combo....

4. Bacta Luke
5. Ketwol
6. Porkins
That's my opinion at the moment, but it changes often. All in all, I'd say POTJ was a pretty good line.
