There's some interesting custom Lego Star Wars fighters at The Star Wars Alphabet Project - "A fighter for every other letter in the alphabet. 20 fighters total. 15 down, 5 to go, plus a few surprises".

That AT-AT rocks, but what impresses me even more is the Han Solo pistol. Now I would have never thought of making a prop like that using LEGOs. Simply awesome!
