The rebel heroes await their fate at the Great Pit of Carkoon where Luke is forced toward the Sarlacc's mouth. The skiff guard prods Luke to the edge of the plank who exchanges nods with Lando on the other skiff. C3PO watches over the proceedings and R2D2 aims the lightsaber towards Luke so that he can catch it at the right moment once he gives the signal to launch it.
