Okay, it seems we have an escalating problem here on the better servant of one well-known Hutt gangster.

It is time to settle our differences.

The Klatooinian mechanic takes on the braided skiff guards, in a match purely for bragging rights.

Hmm.......how to decide without offending anyone?

Let's go impartially by who has better figures:

Barada: Cool vintage fig, crappy new fig.
Weequay: Kinda crappy vintage fig, cool new fig.

Well, that didnt' work. How about characterisitics:

Barada: Technical skilled indentured servitude type (sympathy points)
Weequay: Silent but deadly type, both in personality and smell (they got those pheremones) (no sympathy for smell)

How about movie roles:

Barada: Piloted skiff, got sucker puched into the sarlacc.
Weequay: Every time Luke turned around, a Weequay was jabing him with a pointy stick (Weequay gets props this time)

Umm....how about appearance:
Weequay: Kinda leathery/mummified looking, almost like that potato you found underneath the sink after 6 months that shriveled up.
Barada: Kinda green bull-dog type look. And he's got a red bandana. My dog used to wear a red bandana. Gives em personality..and personality goes a long way. (Point match)

Well, my highly scientific comparison comes up with Barada 2 to 1, which should clearly sway the outcome of this deathamatch

I beg to differ! Vintage Weequay is an awesome figure!!

BUT... Barada does have the The Day the Earth stood still reference(and because of that, the Army of Darkness link

He was my favorite Star Wars figure as a kid... don't know why, he just was, therefore Weequay...

@Nightwing: I don't mean to diss the old Weequay. It was pretty cool. But in comparison to the new one, i feel the newer captures a better likeness. Whereas with the new Barada fig, the likeness is okay and the pose sucks big time.

isn't that the case with virtually all new figures?

I have decided weequay. His design is great. I adore the vintage weequay.

Barada sucks! I just have the TDTESS/AOD reference with him
