I haven't bothered following the Muppet figures, but those Gonzo and Piggy figures might be available in (or planned for) the range of Muppets figures, although those are bigger than 3 3/4". A quick Google search does turn up a few people asking for the Darth Nader figure on some Muppet forums.

If they're going to go the expanded universe route, any sort of Bothan would be cool. Although I do like the Noghri idea.
