Vintage Capes?

I was just wondering if anybody out there knew how to make capes for their vintage figures?

Mabey if someone knows of a site with the patterns and what kind of material should be used, they could post it here. Either cloth or plastic, it does not matter. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Check out their page and see if that helps. They don't have templates, but they walk you through a few different methods.

Hey richkulach,

Try this guy.

www.koolstuff.2y.net

His name is Jeff, and he is a toy dealer in Hamilton, Ontario. I've known him for a few years now, and he is a great guy. He used to make a ton of vintage style capes. Email him and see if he still has some. Tell him Ian in Caledonia sent ya.

capes

Thank for all the help guys. I think I can manage to make most of the capes I need from the directions at FFURG.

The ones I am going to try first are cloth Yoda and vinyl Vader, Obi-Wan. The one that I know that I can not make myself is the Leia Bespin Gown. It has a pretty complex design on it.

Thanks again for the help.
