Ooh....caught you in a technicality Bossk was in Jabba's Palace during ROTJ. I don't recall whether or not he shows up on-screen though. Yes....I'm being anal.

To the best of my knowledge, he only appears in ESB. I checked a couple of sources on that one. Although he is connected to Jabba, I could find no reference of him appearing in ROTJ.

Let me know if you can find him on-screen in ROTJ.

Bossk was filmed in Jabba's Palace during the original, along with (independently) Boba Fett and Dengar. Thus he could be in both the original and SE. Whether he shows up on screen requires research, though.
