Someone has custom-built their own Star Trek apartment in England and is now selling it on eBay. If you've got a spare US$1million you might want to make a bid ... the rest of us can just look at the pictures.

Imagine being able to just transport all the rubbish outside.....

Hey, hang on, you'd never have to go out for ANYTHING, just transport inwhatever you need.

Now, where did I leave that spare million???

With the newer Star Trek's replicators all waste products are truely recycled and you'd almost never have to transport in anything either. Set you computer to download all the new replicators patterns from a main database as they become available and you'd always be able to get whatever you want.

There are toilets in Star Trek. And yes, all bio-matter get's recycled.
