The official LucasArts website has posted new videos of the three cast members of Jedi Starfighter. You can watch the three videos portraying Jedi Council Member Adi Gallia, Starfighter returnee Nym, and newcomer Cavik Toth. Each are available in Quicktime and run between 6-8 MB a piece.
