The Real Favorite

I remember when the film first came out. TV could not get enough of Darth Vader. He appeared in everything! He was the most recoginized SW figure at that time.

The character of Han Solo was the actual reason I wanted to be a truck driver... And after watching BJ and the Bear. it all just clicked... After that I made the connection:

Truck driver - monkey
Han - Wookie

How can you go wrong!

He is the ultimate space trucker...
When I drove longhaul, my handle was... you guessed correct.... Han! Sometimes I used Wookie, but only when I drove through Colorado! WOOKIE'S DON'T LIVE ON ENDOR! :no:

There are so many great characters, how could you pick just one?
Darth Vader has to be one of the greatest characters ever!

I guess the one that I related to most as a kid was Luke. Who didn't share the same dreams he did?

Luke and Vader would have to be my favorites.

I like so many of the characters, its hard to choose one, but if I had to, it would have to be R2-D2. This plucky little garbage can on wheels, whose entire vocabulary consists of beeps, has been one of my favorites since I was a child. He came to the rescue so many times in the movies at pivotal points(fixing the x-wing in ANH, fixing the hyperdrive in ESB, opening the bunker doors in ROTJ)that his simplicity of character is overwhelmed by his bravery and loyalty to his friends.

Vader is my favourite character beyond doubt.

Honorable mention must go to Oola though. I was lucky enough to meet Femi Taylor a few weeks ago and I must say she is a very nice person. There are only good things to say about her.
