"Episode III: It's a Wrap
Yes, that time has come, believe it or not. The last take of principal photography was shot yesterday, Wednesday, September 17. The reason why it may seem early is because they actually finished ahead of time. It was originally scheduled for a 12-week shoot, but it wrapped five days ahead of schedule.
Rick McCallum praises the cast and crew by saying: "It's almost unheard of for a major motion picture to come in under-schedule. I have the hard working and highly skilled crew, as well as our talented cast, to thank for such an achievement."
According to McCallum, he and Lucas still have quite some time till they're done with Episode III. (About eighteen months to go!) To read the full article, go and click here."
