Just got this in from Bill Cable at Creature Cantina.
Bill Cable drew his first commissioned Star Wars "Portrait Series" drawing
in the fall of 1997. He sold his art mostly to local collectors who saw
them at OSWCC (http://www.oswcc.com) meetings, and to people who stumbled
upon them at SWDrawings.com (now defunct). It wasn't until
CreatureCantina.com (http://www.creaturecantina.com) opened that his art
began to reach a wider audience and really take off. This week
CreatureCantina.com celebrates Bill's 75th "Cable Original" drawing... over
6 years in the making, and worth the wait!!
