Burger King Star Wars Auction

Our local Burger King auctioned off a large collection of their promotional Star Wars items last night. All of the money raised went to the local Humane Society.

Wookiee Cookiee and I attended :) About 15- 20 people showed up.

The highest bids were for a complete set of toys with a couple promo cardboard pictures ($ 75) and a cut out of Darth Vader which made breathing sounds when motion activated sold for $ 50

They didn't have an inflatable Vader :(

4 Darth Vader toys which each sold for between $8 and $10

We did very well with our bidding :) And came home with a bunch of stuff.

Here's what I bought:

(the "who's your daddy" poster I snagged from the movie theater later that night)

I love the "Your Choices Define your Destiny" poster. It looked really good in the frame at our BK. I wish they would have done an auction here. That's pretty cool, good job!

I hung the banner with all the toys along the bottom of one wall, because it was begnning to crack being rolled up. The static cling hangs on another wall, and the wookiee is in the closet. :)
