12" scale Yoda variation?

I recently bought a 12" scale Yoda (1997) to add to my collection, but he comes in a Yoda box with the 12" Jawa "Try It! light-up eyes" side slash on it instead of "Fully Posable".

I can't find such a thing listed at any of my usual checking websites, but has anyone here heard / seen one of these before?

well the one i have says fully posable.Haven't seen the other version though...

I'm really just interested to know if this is a new discovery or just a somehow faked box (the figure looks okay). I've no interest in selling it ... unless someone wants to offer me LOTS and LOTS of money AND a replacement 12" Yoda.
