Mr. Bonehill has an established career as a swordsmaster, both on and off screen. He has lent his fencing talents to a number of films, most recently: Sharpe’s Challenge, Bleak House, and The Count of Monte Cristo. He has also appeared in Rob Roy, Jason and the Argonauts (2000), Flash Gordon, and the original Highlander movie.
Mr. Bonehill also participated in both The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi, playing numerous characters. Included among his credits are Stormtroopers, Snowtroopers, TIE Pilots, X-Wing Pilots, Rebel Officers, a Taun Taun handler, Mon Cals, Nien Nunb, Ree-Yees, and Mosep.

Mr. Bonehill seems happy to sign for his fans. However, due to increased demand for his autograph, he requests a small fee. I have heard this goes to a charity, although his website does not currently specify this. To purchase one of the photos on his website, send him £10 ($18 or €15 ). Alternatively, he will sign your photo for £7 ($12 or €10 ). I suppose he might sign items sent to him without a donation. As he does advertise on his website, though, I cannot guarantee any result.

I sent Mr. Bonehill a letter, along with 3 cards a small SASE and 1 IRC. Mr. Bonehill personalized all three of my cards, and sent a signed letter. The letter is a form letter with pretty much the same information as on his website, but a nice insight behind-the-scenes nonetheless.
