Informer is your rank when you start out. When you get 10 post you are a spy I think. At that point you are also able to change the name of your rank (like deathstar's) and be whatever you want.

You get a new title after 20 posts (and I think the next level up is 45...anyway, you get new titles after a certain number of posts).
But after 10 you can change it to whatever you want. I would prefer it if people didn't post garbage just to get their post count up, so that's why I let everyone have the option to change their title. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to be unique.
